under.ctrl versucht Kontrollmechanismen zu benennen, die systematisch unser Leben beeinflussen und folgt einer empirischen Forschung durch verschiedene künstlerische Praktiken. Der Schwerpunkt kreist um die Schnittstellen von Kontrollmechanismen die in verschiedensten Bereichen vorhanden sind. Es wird auch darum gehen, Taktiken und Widerstandsmethoden gegen Kontrollmechanismen herauszuarbeiten. Während drei Tagen werden Soundperformances, Installationen und Screenings sowie eine Paneldiskussion stattfinden.

under.ctrl, intends to define control mechanisms, which systematically compose our lives. It follows an empirical method through researches carried out on various artistic practices. The emphasis orbits around the "interfaces" of control mechanisms operating in different layers. The project is also an attempt to detect tactics and rejection mechanisms against control mechanisms. For three days, Forum Stadtpark will host sound performances, installations and screenings along with a panel.
