Michael Schuster has developed highly original positions of conceptual photography, sculpture and spatial interventions in sensually perceivable formulations based on his year long occupation with international art movements and especially media art.

Erstmals widmet die Neue Galerie Graz ihrer Fotosammlung eine eigene Ausstellung, die sowohl wichtige internationale Kunstströmungen des 20. Jahrhunderts als auch die Entwicklung der Fotografie hin zum selbstständigen Kunstmedium repräsentiert.

For the first time Neue Galerie Graz presents its photographic collection in an extensive exhibition showing important international art movements of the 20th century as well as the development of photography towards an autonomous medium of art.
